Why? The next steps host assist guests and members as they respond to the message from the service and pray with them as needed.

Ministry Leader: Connect Pastor

Training Required: Yes, provided

Time Requirements: 30 minutes in total

When: 15 minutes after 2nd/3rd service

Weekly or Rotation: Weekly & Rotation

Responsibilities:

·      Be a calm presence to guests by praying with them

·      Help guests take their next step- whether church membership, Baptism, profession of faith, or finding area to serve
