Ministry Team
The ministry of Dayspring is carried out by a team of pastors and staff who are committed to serving the church and equipping people to follow Jesus.
Together, our leaders teach God’s Word, care for our church family, and help people grow in faith, community, and mission.
How is Dayspring led?
Dayspring is led by three lead pastors who serve together in shared leadership, along with a pastoral and ministry staff who lead in areas according to their gifts and calling.
This team-based approach allows our church to be shepherded with wisdom, collaboration, and accountability.
The New Testament describes pastors as leaders who equip the church for the work of ministry (Ephesians 4:11–12). Because of that calling, we believe leadership is healthiest when it is shared rather than centered on one person.
Having three lead pastors allows us to:
• share responsibility in teaching, shepherding, and guiding the church
• practice collaboration and mutual accountability
• serve the church according to each pastor’s gifts and strengths
This model helps ensure that our pastors lead as shepherds and servants, while the entire church family is equipped to live out the mission God has given us.
A word from our pastors
At Dayspring, we believe the church belongs to Jesus. Our role as pastors is not to build our own platform, but to faithfully shepherd God’s people and equip the church for ministry.
That’s why our leadership is shared among several pastors and ministry leaders. Together we seek to teach God’s Word clearly, care for our church family, and help every member grow in their faith and live on mission.
Our prayer is that Dayspring would be a church where Christ is honored, Scripture is trusted, and people are equipped to follow Jesus in everyday life.
